At Out of the Ordinary, we take fun seriously. In fact, before any game ever makes it into one of our programs, it goes through what we like to call “rigorous testing.” And by rigorous… we mean discs flying into trees, balls bouncing off lamp posts, and plenty of laughter along the way. Recently, our team put the Disc Golf Shootout to the test. It passed with flying colors (even if a few throws didn’t quite hit the target). As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, one thing is clear: we still haven’t grown up—and that’s exactly what makes our events so much fun.

Our Team Olympics events are designed to bring people together through energy, laughter, and a little friendly competition.

We create a dynamic experience that keeps everyone engaged—no athletic ability required.

Participants rotate through a series of interactive challenges while teammates cheer them on, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. There’s always time to grab a drink, watch the action, and connect with coworkers in a fun, low-pressure setting.

Every Team Olympics event builds toward an exciting finish—our awards ceremony.

The winning team earns bragging rights and Olympic-style medals, making for a memorable conclusion that brings everyone together in celebration.

I had a group of 40 professionals in La Jolla for a seminar and needed some fun activities so I found Out of the Ordinary Group & Team Adventures simply because of the catchy name! And let me tell you, their name says it all! Not only do they offer "out of the ordinary" events and excursions, they also go ABOVE and BEYOND to give everyone a wonderful experience! The best part for me as a Meeting Planner was, instead of using separate vendors for all our activities, we were able to use Out of the Ordinary for all 3!!! We did the Sip n' Score games at our Welcome Reception, the Wellness Walk through La Jolla with breathtaking views and for our team building we did the Bike Build Charity Give Back and were able to donate the finished bikes to a wonderful local organization, It's All About the Kids, just in time for Christmas!
